Aboriginal Workforce Officer
Bec Quinn is Barwon Health's Aboriginal Workforce Officer.
Bec is passionate about supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants and ensuring that employees have a culturally safe work environment that ultimately leads to improved retention rates.
Bec is available to chat with prior to putting in an application, will be sitting on interview panels and can assist with pre-commencement documentation and/or orientation so that new employees feel culturally safe and have confidence to navigate their first day.
